Keeping Our Community Safe

Mask or Face Covering Required

All persons using Juvenescent Wellness services or remaining on the premises shall wear a mask or face covering which covers the nose, mouth and chin. Exceptions include people who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons or children under two years old, or those who require accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Physical Distancing

Keeping 2 meters apart from others, when able, while service is provided.


Do you or members of the household have any of the following (new or worsening):

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

  • Sore throat, trouble swallowing

  • Runny nose, stuffy nose or nasal congestion

  • Decrease or loss of taste or smell

  • Not feeling well, extreme tiredness, sore muscles

  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain

Have you or members of the household been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case COVID-19 in the past 14 days without wearing appropriate PPE?

Have you or members of the household returned from travel outside Canada in the past 14 days?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, remain home and self-isolate right away. Call Telehealth Ontario (1-866-797-0000) or your health care provider to find out if you need a COVID-19 test. Please refrain from booking services with Juvenescent Wellness until you have fully recovered. We will not provide services to those who do not pass screening. Please stay safe and healthy.
